This section covers Zenova Kits only, our DIY prompt library. Zenova Sites prompts and copy are for building websites with AI tools (Lovable, Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Codex, Google AI Studio, and similar). You are not buying source code or a hosted product · you are buying instructions that an AI tool uses to generate a website for you. SmartSites and Free Launch sites are hosted products we build and run for you · see those sections below.
Both Annual and Lifetime founding access include commercial use. You may use any kit, free or premium, to build and sell websites for clients, including charging your own fee for the work. You may not resell the prompts or kits themselves as a standalone product (e.g. repackaging this library and selling it as your own).
Free assets are free to use commercially and personally, no attribution required, forever. New free drops are added on no fixed schedule, usually weekly.
Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final once your vault access is unlocked. If something is broken or not as described, email [email protected] and we’ll make it right.
Annual access is a yearly subscription billed once per year at the listed founding rate. It renews automatically each year on the same date you purchased · email [email protected] anytime to cancel and we will stop the next renewal (you keep access through the end of your paid-up year). Annual access includes the full current library plus every new kit, section, and background dropped during each paid-up year. Lifetime founding access is a one-time payment and never renews · you get every current and future drop until Zenova Sites as a product is retired. We will email you before any annual renewal so there are no surprises.
Lifetime founding access never needs renewing · it means lifetime access to Zenova Sites as a product, including everything that drops after you join. It does not guarantee the exact form of delivery (e.g. a specific folder or platform) will never change · if the delivery method changes, existing lifetime members are migrated at no cost.
AI builders vary in how closely they follow a prompt. We test every kit before it ships, but we don’t control what Lovable, Claude, Cursor, or any other tool actually generates for you. Iterate with the tool (ask for changes one at a time) to get the result matching the preview.
We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date.
A SmartSite is a website we build and host for you, billed monthly (Starter, Growth, or Front Office). This is a hosted service, not a kit or a piece of software you own · if you cancel, hosting on our infrastructure ends, though we will help you export your content.
Starter includes the site we build and host, online booking, a lead inbox, and a web chat that answers visitors 24/7. Growth adds missed-call text-back, automated follow-up, review requests, and a quarterly design refresh. Front Office adds multi-location support, call routing, and same-day priority edits. We do not promise features a plan does not list, and we will tell you plainly if something you want is a different tier.
We guarantee the system is built and live as described. We do not guarantee a number of leads, bookings, or dollars, those depend on your market, your offer, and factors outside our control.
Web chat, SMS, and similar usage-based features carry a reasonable monthly allowance for your plan. Sustained usage well beyond a typical business your size may require an add-on or a higher tier · we will tell you before charging anything extra.
You approve every message template we send on your behalf before it goes live, and you confirm your contact lists were collected lawfully. Automated SMS features require carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) before they can send · we handle the technical registration, but you remain responsible for your industry's messaging rules.
Cancel anytime, month to month, no long-term contract unless a founding or promotional term says otherwise in writing. On cancellation we will export your leads and content on request within a reasonable time.
A Free Launch Site is a one-page website we build and launch for you at no charge, limited to a set number of businesses per month. You purchase and own your domain · we do not charge a build fee or an ongoing website fee for this site.
One page, one Zenova kit chosen for your trade, your services, reviews, photos, hours, and service area, contact buttons, a basic contact form, and one consolidated revision round. It does not include custom layouts, multiple pages, booking, lead capture automation, AI chat, or ongoing edits · those are SmartSite features, available separately.
Wording fixes, photo swaps, contact detail changes, minor color adjustments, or adding/removing one existing section, submitted as one message or form. It does not mean a new template, a new layout, new pages, or new features.
Your Free Launch site remains online at no charge even if you never purchase a SmartSite plan, and even if you later cancel one. You own your domain, your content, and your photos.
Source code is available on request. Moving the site to another host or making changes beyond the one revision round is paid work, quoted separately.
We do not guarantee search ranking, uptime beyond standard hosting practices, or that a free application will be accepted · we select applications and may decline any business that is not a good fit.
An incomplete application holds a slot for 7 days. After that, the slot may be offered to another business.
When you request a Free Audit or apply for a Free Launch site we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, website or Google Business Profile link, business or trade type, phone number, email, services, service area, hours, a style preference, and any notes. When you join the newsletter or copy a free kit, we collect your email. When you buy, Stripe handles the payment · we receive your name, email, and what you purchased, never your card number. When you sign in to the vault, we store your sign-in email and session.
To deliver the audit you asked for, respond to you, unlock the content you purchased, and send the emails you signed up for. That’s the list. We don’t sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Four services handle data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Supabase (our database and sign-in system), Resend (sending email), and Cloudflare (hosting and security). Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and each maintains its own security and privacy program.
We don’t run advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Your browser’s local storage keeps you signed in to the members vault between visits · signing out clears it. Cloudflare may set basic security cookies to protect the site from abuse.
Transactional email (sign-in links, purchase confirmations, audit replies) goes to everyone who triggers it. Marketing email goes only to people who joined the newsletter, and every message includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Audit requests and leads are kept while we work with you and for our business records. Purchase records are kept as long as your access is active (lifetime access means we keep the record for the life of the product). Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless a payment record must be retained for tax or accounting law.
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Unsubscribe links handle marketing email. Signing out of the vault ends your session on that device.
If we add a new data flow (like analytics), we’ll update this page and change the effective date below. Material changes get a note at the top of the page.
