Built on showing up.

FlowRight started after years of watching homeowners get burned by inflated emergency-call pricing: a "diagnostic fee" that ballooned into a number nobody agreed to, from a truck that showed up whenever it felt like it.

So we built the opposite. Flat, honest pricing quoted before any tools come out, and a dispatch team that actually answers the phone: day, night, or holiday weekend. Fourteen years later, that's still the whole business model.
