Do you pull permits for every job?
Any job that requires a permit gets one — panel upgrades, rewiring, and most new circuit work. Smaller repairs like a switch swap typically don't need one, and we'll tell you either way.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit for standard jobs. Larger installs like full panel upgrades may ask for materials to be ordered upfront — we'll always walk you through pricing before anything is scheduled.
How soon can you come out?
Most jobs get scheduled within the same week, and urgent issues like tripped panels or exposed wiring are prioritized. Choose "This week" on the form and we'll do our best to fit you in fast.
Can you handle a whole-home rewire?
Yes — full rewires are one of our most common jobs on older homes. We'll walk the property, scope the work, and give you a flat price before anything is torn open.
